Private room available in a great luxury building!

Hi! I am looking for a roommate to sign a one year lease in my great apartment in a luxury building! I am looking for July 1st but if you need earlier, please let me know! I have been in this building for a year and my roomie is relocating. I am 27 and work at a bank where I am out the door by 6:15 AM and work till about 6 PM. I enjoy a healthy lifestyle but enjoy going out with friends on the weekends! I keep the apartment very clean and make sure all dishes are clean and not left in the sink. This building is great with a huge rooftop with 360 views of the city (see pics) with grills and lounge chairs. Full time doorman with laundry, a gym and study. The neighborhood is great with a lot of cute cobblestone streets with bars/restaurants in the Seaport which is right across the street. Another major plus is every subway line is near the apartment. The closest is a two minute walk and furthest is only 5 minutes. My roommate was relocated to Chicago for the Hamilton show and has left her furniture (bed, dresser, TV, nightstand) if you would be interested in a furnished room, if not she is happy to put it in storage!
