I have a quiet bedroom to rent in a beautiful 1 bedroom apartment/luxury doorman building located in the popular Financial District.

You would also have free access to the building?s gym, multiple laundry rooms, outdoor roof deck, lobby lounge area, valet, 4 elevators, and 24/7 doorman. The full bathroom, modern kitchen, and living room would be shared..

Ideally, I am looking for a clean, responsible, kind, easy going, respectful, and trustworthy female who will take care while staying in the apartment. I am seeking someone who can stay a minimum of 3 months with good possibility to extend to a longer time frame.

The building is just minutes from the South Street Seaport, Pier 17, Century 21, Oculus, Brookfield Place, NY Stock Exchange, great restaurants, shops, 2/3, 4/5, A/C, J, N/R subways, Brooklyn Bridge, Staten Island Ferry, water taxis, parking lots, World Trade Center, Pace University, and other well known places.
