6/27-7/31 FiDi Luxury highrise 31st floor bedroom

I'm looking for a subletter to take over my room for any time period between June 27th to July 31st, ideally for the entire month of July. The price for the full month is $1275, utilities included, or $42 per day. Utilities included.

I want someone reasonably quiet, clean and respectful who will leave the room and the common space clean after your stay. We are not clean freaks but we like to take out the trash when it's full and wipe the surfaces several times a week.

You will be living with 2 other wonderful roommates who work during the week. This is a 1 bedroom apartment shared between 3 people. One roommate lives in the master bedroom, and I am sharing the living room divided with temporary walls.

The apartment is on the 31st floor of a luxury high rise building equipped with 24/7 doorman in Financial District. , It's pretty quiet up here so you don't hear any cars rushing by except for some sirens. It was gut-renovated when we moved in last year so the appliances are pretty new. You have access to laundry room, gym, and lounges (indoor and rooftop). From your room, you can look out to the East River and Brooklyn Bridge.

The best thing about this place is transportation. You can have access to ACE NRW JZ 23 45 Path, from Fulton Street Station and World Trade Center. Downtown Alliance, M15, QM11, QM25 buses run right in front of the building. Starbucks and 24/7 Duane Reade is right next to the building. This is a neighborhood packed with amenities. KeyFoods, Jubilee Market, Whole Foods, USPS, UPS, FedEx are all within walking distance.
