Fun area for food/drinks/the park, great community and the apartment is awesome, high ceilings, 2 skylights in kitchen w/ lots of natural light during the day, dishwasher + new appliances. I have a dog who is super friendly (she naps for most of the day lol) Open to changing the layout in shared spaces. Tons of popular restaurants right outside our door. Washer & Dryers available in the building on the first floor. Access to the roof, perfect for tanning in the summer or reading outside

* Room fits queen bed and desk easily. 2 large windows, Built-in closet and there is also a huge hallway closet we can both share. AC unit provided in the room.

* Room available has access to the fire escape if you’re interested in planting during the summer

Utilities -

Water & Heat are included in rent. Only utility bills are Wifi & Electric.

- Electric: $60-75 / each/ per month

Laundry is located in the apartment building on the bottom floor, Washers and Dryers were replaced within the last year
