Location - Extremely close restaurants, theaters, groceries, many buses, many trains (6, L, F, R, W), and there are two Citibike stations on the corner of the block. Easy to access both Manhattan and Brooklyn. Lots in walking distance. - Lots of amazing restaurants, bars, theaters, cafes, bookstores, etc. literally around the corner - Tompkins Square Park is down the street ...great for daily walks! Also has a lovely dog park. - Close to several NYU buildings and hospitals - Generally pretty safe

The shower and sink are in our apartment, but our *private and locked* toilet is in the hallway (its only for us, no one else). That's NYC for ya, but I promise the location unbeatable.
