Woman seeking part time roommate

Laid back 55 year old woman who works both in and away from home seeking a female roommate aged 21 - 80 who commutes to NYC during the week and returns to own home on weekends.

I have a very clean, uncluttered 740 square foot two bedroom aoartment in the East Village. The room I am renting measures 15 feet by 11 feet with windows on two sides of the room that face trees and back of apartment away from street noise It is furnished with queen bed (new mattress), large table/desk, large chest of drawers, closet, chairs and 32" TV with streaming channels Prime, Netflix, Hulu, Mubi. The room is next to shared bathroom that is kept extremely clean, sanitary, and uncluttered.

My bedroom is fully converted living room. Roommate will have full use of uncluttered clean kitchen with microwave. There is no shared living space.

I am quiet, at home, meet friends outside apartment and seek same. My guy lives in Connecticut so I visit him there. Please no pets, smoking, and no bringing the party home. Despite my demands, I am really pleasant, funny, and considerate. Move-in date is March 1.
