I’m looking for a roommate for my 2 bedroom apartment located in the East Village. It’s about a 10-15 minute walk to Washington Square, and close to Astor place. Washer and dryer inside the building. I have an extra mattress that you’re more than welcome to take if you’d like. Rent starts at $1375 plus one month free! Heat and water included. Lease begins January 1st but if you’d like you can move in a week or two earlier. I’m currently an undergrad in my junior year at NYU, majoring in chemistry. I’m very easy going, and I’ll be spending most of my time at the library or sleeping in my room so you’ll have the place mostly to yourself.
