I am currently looking for a tenant for a three-bedroom apartment with two other roommates, both NYU undergrads. The rent covers the tenant's share of the electric bill each month and the Wi-Fi bill. Currently, I have a single in my bed. However, one could fit a double, but there wouldn't be as much space as in the pictures. If the tenant is interested, I am willing to sell my bed frame and mattress for $150. (If there is any other furniture you would like, please message me.) There is no bike storage in the building; however, there is ample space in the apartment. The room is available for the entirety of the Spring semester, from January to the end of May.
