My roommate and I are resigning our lease and looking to fill the open room. December 1 move in, need to sign by end of October.

Great apartment location across the street from Westside market, 2 blocks from Trader Joe’s, and a 5 minute walk to the Union Square subway!

-Flex room with wall to ceiling and built in closet
-Room fits queen bed, dresser, and WFH set up with space left over.
-Corner room with big windows and lots of natural light (south and west facing)

Apartment details
-Shared common space with couch, tv, and dining table
-Full kitchen with lots of cabinet space and dishwasher
-Clean bathroom with medicine cabinets for each roommate

-Elevator
-Laundry room in basement
-Virtual doorman
-Great live in super and staff (packages get delivered directly to apartment)

The roommates
- Two females, both 24, working full time
- One nurse working night shift 3-4 times a week
- One working in marketing, in office half the week (likely more starting January)
- One year old Cavapoo! New roommate must be a dog lover!

We are ideally looking for a female in her mid twenties who works full time and has similar lifestyle to us. Friendly, a good communicator and respectful. We both like our quiet time during the week, keep the apartment clean, and don’t have many people over on weekends. We want you to feel at home in our apartment!
