Our apt is a 4 bed 2 full ba, 3 person household. We use the spare bedroom as an office/workout room. Claire is in pharmaceutical advertising and Jason (who is gay) is in consulting. Utilities and wifi are split evenly as well.
LOCATION LOCATION LOCATION. We are a one minute walk from the L train or a 7 min walk to Union. The apartment is nestled between Target and TWO Trader Joes plus Trader Joe’s wine shop! There are restaurants galore! L train vintage can be seen from my window because it’s a 30 second walk away. Any further questions please ask.
It is imperative you are employed and can pass a background check done by our lovely landlord Judd. You can move in before November 1st which would be the start date. I have several photos and videos, along with the layout, if you’re truly interested! Can’t wait to hear from you!
