ABOUT US:

We are Miles, Jason and David, three easy going young professionals moving to the city in September. We currently signed a lease for a 4br 2 bath in East Village for October 1st and are looking for a 4th roommate to fill the last room and sign onto the lease with us.

We are all employed with steady jobs (software engineering, solar development and consulting) on normal 9-6 schedules. We are clean, non-smokers.

Some other things we like: rock climbing, skiing, traveling, brunch, cooking, drawing, meditating, improv comedy and chess. Miles and David both graduated from Oberlin college this spring, Jason graduated from Franklin & Marshall, and we are all pretty goofy and fun.

We are looking for a fourth roommate who is low key and respectful during the week but will want to be social on weekends. We have quite a few friends in the city but are keen on expanding our social circles. Our ideal roommate would be someone who already has some knowledge of the city.
