Hello,
I'm looking for a roommate in the heart of the East Village:
Apartment: 4th floor walk-up. There is no proper living room, but there is a small hallway with a dining table. Room is large, can easily fit a queen bed, desk, and drawers. 2 large east-facing windows that let in plenty of natural light. Comes with a large closet. Utilities, WIFI, household supplies run ~$60-$90 a month depending on weather. I keep the apartment clean and stick to a regular cleaning schedule. Responsive super and drama-free neighbors. Move-in requires first month rent, last month rent, and $600 deposit.
Neighborhood: Next door to plenty of bars and restaurants. 10-15 minutes walk to Tompkins, Wash Square, Union Square. 4 minutes walk to laundromat. 10-15 minutes walk to 2 Trader Joe's, Whole Foods, H-Mart. 5-10 minutes walk to N/R/W/Q, 4/6, L, B/D/F
Me: Mid-20s male, working professional in TV and film. Quiet and clean, usually out of the apartment. Love animation, architecture, painting, running, cheap eats
(Hopefully) You: Clean, won't turn our apartment into a rave den. Won't bring drama into the apartment and considers the apartment a place to unwind at the end of the day. No pets or couples, please
If interested, please let me know a little about yourself and we can figure out a showing
