You would also have one normal size closet, and one walk-in closet (both are outside of the room, but are giant!)

Approximately a 5 minute walk the the first ave L train and a 10 minute walk to union square. Pretty much in walking distance to all trains along 14th Street!

- Very clean and safe
- Laundry in building
- Has a dishwasher
- Dresser and Tv stand is available if you want it! If not, I can toss it.
- Will be unfurnished room/ living room (except for the stuff above, which is optional), so feel free to make it your own!
- We have Verizon Fios internet/cable that we just split
- You would be replacing me in the apartment, but of course you would meet with the current roommate and myself when you check out the apartment. My roommate has a total living room set up in his room, so you would pretty much have the living room all to yourself!
