Furnished room near Union Square

Furnished Room (7.5' X 12.5') in a 3 bedroom apartment available May 1st for month to month rental. The room is furnished with a full-sized bed, night stand, armoire/open closet, and dresser. There's another armoire in the living room if you need more space to hang anything. The room is located off the living room (see picture with the french doors). I apologize I don't have pictures of what the room would look like empty with the current furniture. I included pics of the room as it looks now with the current occupant and old pictures of what it looked like empty with different furniture, so you can see the room better.

The cost of renting the room ($1300) includes the following: electric, gas, internet, spectrum TV on your smart device and shared household items (water filters, hand soap, dish soap, toilet paper, paper towels, cleaning supplies).

The building is a 3rd floor walk-up located on E 12th St between 3rd and 4th Ave. There's a West Side Market on the corner and conveniently located 2 blocks from Trader Joe's, and Whole Foods.

No laundry facilities in the building. The closest one is less than a ten minute walk.

You would be living with two other female roommates and two small adorable dogs, so you must like dogs. They are good about not going in other people's rooms unless invited. We are two females in our 30s. I am a software developer currently looking for a new job and taking classes at home. The other roommate is a Canadian UX writer subletting one of the rooms for the next 3-6 months. We are both vegan/vegetarian, but you don't have to be (my dogs are not).

I prefer a female roommate who is friendly, clean, responsible, laid back, won't smoke in the apartment, willing to clean up after themselves.
