My roommate is moving out so we’re looking for someone to take over her half of the lease. It’s the smaller bedroom in a second floor apartment in the East Village, Manhattan.

I’m looking for someone responsible and neat.
Ideal move in date between March 1st and March 15th.
Utilities will be split.
Pet friendly (as long as the pet’s well behaved and can get approved by the landlord).
