We are looking for a third roommate to join us in signing a new lease for our apartment from February 2021- February 2022 (1 year). This room is featured as the middle bedroom and is hands down one of the best values in Manhattan - lots of space, low price, great neighborhood, easy subway access.

**WHO WE'RE LOOKING FOR**
-You must like dogs! We have adopted a 2 year old rescue dog (Basset Hound/Beagle Mix) during quarantine and he will be living with us! He is the sweetest and cutest dog ever! He loves all the cuddles and company
-A young, working professional with a stable job who is easygoing, responsible and clean

- Very respectful, easygoing, and fun. Open to hanging out, watching TV, eating together! We definitely love bonding and roomie nights.
- Open to having people over, but generally we keep a relaxed, quieter space.
- We share many common household items (i. e. kitchenware, cleaning products, toilet paper, dish detergent, etc). Food and toiletries are your own!
