TLDR: Large, bright, spacious bedroom available, within a 3BR 1 bath apartment in Stuytown / East Village area. Easy move in- Apartment is mostly furnished. You will mainly be furnishing your own bedroom.

We are looking for a third roommate to join us in signing a new lease for our apartment from February 2021- February 2022 (1 year). This room is featured as the middle bedroom and is hands down one of the best values in Manhattan - lots of space, low price, great neighborhood, easy subway access.

Price: $1,512.21 +AC charge.
(AC charge will likely come out to $26.42 but currently confirming with leasing office)

**WHO WE'RE LOOKING FOR**
-You must like dogs! We have adopted a 2 year old rescue dog (Basset Hound/Beagle Mix) during quarantine and he will be living with us! He is the sweetest and cutest dog ever! He loves all the cuddles and company

-A young, working professional with a stable job who is easygoing, responsible and clean

-Female (preferably)

14’ 4” x 9’ 2” —->Space for a queen / king bed, a desk, shelf, drawer with room for a yoga mat to spare

- Closet directly outside across the bedroom

- Plenty of morning/afternoon light- great for plants

**YOUR FUTURE ROOMMATES**
- Two mid-to-late twenties female professionals working in private equity real estate and law. During non-pandemic circumstances, mostly out of the apartment at a 9-5 job or out and about in the city.

- Maintain a clean and tidy apartment; we rotate cleaning on a weekly schedule and tidy up regularly.

- Very respectful, easygoing, and fun. Open to hanging out, watching TV, eating together! We definitely love bonding and roomie nights.

- Open to having people over, but generally we keep a relaxed, quieter space.

- We share many common household items (i. e. kitchenware, cleaning products, toilet paper, dish detergent, etc). Food and toiletries are your own!

- Apartment located in Stuytown - a unique neighborhood that allows you to escape the hustle and bustle while still being in Manhattan.

- Tons of green space - "The Oval" = huge lawn space for picnics and activities, plenty of running/biking paths.
