Eat-in Kitchen is 11 x 12 with 1 window.

And a small bathroom but a full tub and good water pressure.

10 foot ceilings. 3rd floor walk up (2 flights)

Tree-lined block on the quiet side of St Marks. Nice neighbors. Tompkins Square Park is 1 block away.

Credit and background check required. Proof of income required.

The rent is $1,350/month, negotiable for short term. First month and deposit required. Cable internet is additional $50/month. ConEdison is usually about $50/month divided by 2.

About myself: Professional female in her 40's and have lived in the EV for a while. I stay at my boyfriend's place in Jersey a lot so i'm scarce.
