You will be given clean sheets once a week the bed is a queen size bed you have also A/C Netflix, Apple TV, prime tv, Disney TV ,there is a full size bathroom and a small one with a toilet and sink, Utilities are include as long as it?s not abused. THIS WILL BE CASH ONLY no checks, must be on time rent is due on the first of the month not half now half later, you have all the transportation that one needs , this is a safe home with a sense of humor we all get a long great.
