My names Carly I am a student in New York and have decided to take this semester off from school. I have an apartment in the East Village, I am looking to sublet it till the end of my lease(June). I am looking for someone responsible and good at communicating so I can stay updated on the apartment etc. The apartment is one bedroom, loft, furnished, AC unit, big windows with natural light, full kitchen, safe neighborhood with many restaurants and multiple bodegas. The rent is $2,900 a month not including utilities. There is a dry cleaners with laundry service next door, not laundry in the unit.
