5 minute walk to (6) train at Astor Place, 6 minute walk to (N) (R) train at 8th Street/Broadway, 10 minute walk to either (L) train at 14th Street/First Avenue or (F) train at Second Avenue & Houston Street

$1175 per month +

1/3 rd share of bills (gas/electricity & cable + internet) and cleaning supplies.

First month ($1175) + security deposit ($1175) = $2,350. + proof of income and/or professional reference required to move in.

We are looking for someone who is clean, responsible, respectable, friendly and down to earth.
Prefer another gay male. Preferably someone who does not cook and is not home much.

Must be professional / student / full time employed who is not constantly at home and will stay at least six months to a year or longer.

We are definitely NOT looking for someone who will be bringing the party home, or have numerous overnight guests.

Light smoker OK (in your own room only)

Must be cat friendly and not allergic (the cats are very friendly and will not be in your way.)

Available to move in on or after Sunday 1 March 2020.
