Hello everyone,

1 room available in 2 bedroom. Girl, recent graduate, late 20's, employed full time is in one room. 2nd bedroom is $50 dollars a night with a minimum of a week anytime between Feb 11th & Feb 29th 176 E 2nd street.

Or my main apt. Even bigger room is 60 E 1st street is available now until Mid March. I can text. Fully furnished w queen bed, dresser, Armoire, w view of a private backyard from 2nd floor. Pretty awesome room for 68 a night. No other costs.

176 E 2ndinfo- I have an awesome room available in my 2 bedroom apt on east 2nd street between A- B. I rented the apt because It's on the ideal floor 3rd with a 2 floor walk up, in the back of the building where its quiet, overlooking a big green backyard area with tons of trees.

The bedroom is furnished with a queens sized bed, small desk and has two closets outside the room as well. The living room has a couch &; table etc, and there's even a dining room area and walk in kitchen. There is a laundry room in the building.

Flexible on dates but move in =could be say Feb 11th. : )

The area is awesome- easy walking distance to everywhere in the Lower East Side, East Village, Soho, Nolita, Little Italy etc. Tons of cool bars, pubs, shops etc. Sunshine Movie theater is a block away. Whole foods super market is 1 avenue away. The F train is right around the corner at 1st and 1st (24 hour entrance) between 1st & 2nd Ave and 6, N, R, J, M, Z are all walking distance. Besides the astronomical amount of cool bars and restaurants several of the popular restaurants and bars in the neighborhood. Little Frankies, Katz deli, Clinton Bakery, Poco, Two Boots Pizza, Supper, Mercury Lounge, etc.

On a side note I walk around the East Village all day and add all the all night happy hours and 1 oysters etc on my website EASTVILLAGEEVERYTHING. It's the only way I can keep track of whats going on around here. Feel free to use it if you like. It mostly works for going out on Monday, Tuesday & Wednesday nights for cheap food/ drink specials and if you want to do a search on something odd like great happy hours, skeeball, trivia night etc.
