Hi, I have an 80 sq ft furnished spare bedroom for rent in the heart of the East Village. It's an old tenement style building but has an elevator. The views from every room in the apt are spectacular- sunsets especially. I work from home during the day. The bathroom, kitchen and living rooms are completely shared. I'm looking for 3-12 month rental but will consider other lengths (the rent is negotiable depending on length of stay). I'm a super laidback GWM and have lived in this apt for many years. The neighborhood has tons of great restaurants and a vibrant street life.
