LIVING WITH:
You will be sharing the apartment with two young professionals. (one of which is me.) Very clean, friendly, easy to get along with, and respectful! So it'd be 3 people total living here. And we do have two full bathrooms. The apartment is quite large, 1700sf.

KITCHEN:
Kitchen has a large refrigerator, dishwasher, full-sized Wolf oven, a four-top gas stove, built-in microwave, Greenstar juice-press juicer, smart air-fryer-toaster-oven, hot water kettle, blender, food processor, indoor grill, slow cooker, food dehydrator, counter space, pantry space, dishes, utensils, cook ware, bake ware, etc! :)

DINING AND COMMON AREAS:
Beautiful dining room / foyer area, living room, two full bathrooms. all modern and fully renovated. VERY LARGE common area spaces! Includes modern dining table for 6, large sectional with chaise, flatscreen TV and modern media stand, rugs, lamps, bookshelves, art work, furnishings, cleaning and laundry supplies. Recently added a Peloton bike+ and other upgrades to the living room!

LAUNDRY:
Laundry (multiple washer / dryer units (10 of each)) is in the building, just one flight down. Elevator building. There is also an excellent laundromat across the street with pick up and drop off service that is affordable and very quick!

OUTDOOR SPACE:
Plenty of outdoor space to enjoy! Nice outdoor park for residents, with outdoor movies during the winter months. Basketball, hockey, volleyball, bocce, paddle tennis, playing fields all around the community!

COMMUNITY:
This community has an on-site gym, a cafe, concierge service center, ice rink in the winter, a community center, and a study/business center with business resources, conference room and more. On Sundays in the Spring-Fall months, the Green Market sets up shop here! There is plentiful outdoor space to enjoy, lay out, host a picnic, etc. Activities include baseball, hockey, volleyball, soccer, bocce, paddle tennis, jogging, football, playing field, ping-pong, sun showers, chess, basketball, and biking.

PARKING:
Parking garage and storage opportunities available. Parking garage is right outside of the building and has a separate monthly fee. But you really don't need a car unless you're planning to go out of town once or twice a week or something like that! Everything is within steps away - a walk or a quick subway or bus or uber / lyft / taxi ride!

NEIGHBORHOOD:
The 1st Ave L train subway entrance is just a 2 min walk away (and is a central line connecting to most other major subway lines).

There are also the express crosstown 14th Street buses which run frequently throughout the day, with a stop right out in front of the building.

And a Citibike station right out front as well.

A little while ago 14th Street was updated to be for bus and commercial vehicles - and bikes allowed - to minimize traffic and help commuters so it’s extremely quick to get across on the street these days (or go underground to get across on the L line).

There is a Target - AND - Trader Joe’s also just a 3-minute walk.

The apartment is also walking distance to Union Square (12-14 min) and close to numerous subway lines there.

The apartment is close to so many bars, restaurants, shopping, grocery stores, salons, gyms, movie theaters, galleries, parks, and soooo much more! Just minutes to anywhere in Manhattan!

LOOKING FOR:
Someone who is hygienic, clean, considerate, and pays rent on time. Non-smoker, no pets. Prefer long-term, but open to short-term depending on the situation and timing. To be discussed.
