My name is Naz,
I have a Bright, Clean, Safe, Quite, Nice and Large Furnished private room in Manhattan.
The room is air-conditioned and centrally heated. Also it has a smart tv, closet, lovely furniture. Clean, superintendent, and camera building without insect and mouse. Transportation is very easy and fast in all directions. 2,4,5,6 train only 2 blocks away. Aldi supermarket, Costco, Dollar Tree, Marshall store, Burlington store and Planet fitness are within walking distance. The building is at the corner of 2nd Avenue and 118th Street. It’s a safe neighborhood. -Currently Available. The rent is $1600 per month and negotiable.

We live in the apartment with 2 ladies. We are all educated, clean and reliable people. One of my roommates is a young pianist and continues to study piano at a very good university. I'm a teacher, but I'm not working at a school at currently. There are no pets in our home. None of us use alcohol, cigarettes or drugs. There are no guests or parties in the apartment. All of us are very busy.
By the way We are all vaccinated.
A lot of people are looking for the room, but our priority is safety, hygiene and peace.
