We have a room open in our apartment.
The room is private and gets very good sunlight, its cute.
We like to be at least somewhat social with roommates so hopefuly you'd be similarly inclined.
There are occasionally animals at the house, so you should be comfortable w that.
If someone were interested in a reduced rent for helping a little at the household (with animals etc) rather than just simply being a tenant, thats something wed be open to discussing. If so please mention that in your response.
There is a grocery store, 24 hour deli and laundry on the block.
We are off the #6 subway at 116th street in Manhattan.
