Ad ref# 102035800

This apartment has great eastern exposure, so you get beautiful sunshine all day and nice views from the 7th floor (don't worry, there's an elevator)! As you walk in, there's a fully equipped kitchen to your left, with a deep touch-on sink, dishwasher, full fridge and stove, along with an InstantPot, Griddler, blender, waffle-maker, and any pots or pans you might need. The dining area has a 4 person table that expands (I easily fit 6 or 7 at my poker nights, pre-pandemic) and the living room has a pull out couch and 60 inch TV and two bookcases stocked with books and board games.
The master bedroom has enough space to fit a king bed and a full desk, and also has a 40 inch mounted TV, en suite bathroom, and walk-in closet.
The building itself is a great find: 24 hour doorman is perfect for receiving your Amazon packages (and sending them back when they inevitably don't fit), and there's a gym and laundry in the basement. Outdoors is a beautiful terrace with three separate seating areas and a BBQ grill that you can use, so it's great for entertaining outdoors. There's free building wifi in all of the common building spaces, so you can even take your laptop and work outside if you'd like.
This posting is for the huge master bedroom (blue walls, in the photos). I'm looking to sell the apartment and move back to Chicago to be closer to my family. Let me know if you'd be considering renting, to eventually purchase an apartment!

The neighborhood is great, especially if you're looking for some extra space to avoid close contact with people! Nice wide sidewalks and leafy green side streets lined with brownstones. The area has some great restaurants with plenty of indoor and outdoor seating (I like Il Cafe Latte, Barawine, and Maxwell's Central Park). It's only a 2 minute walk to Marcus Garvey Park, and 7 minutes to Central Park, and you're also only 4 minutes from the 6 train to the east, and the 2,3 to the west. If you have a car, parking is pretty decent during the morning and evening (I generally don't have a problem finding a spot or switching for alternate side). At night, it's well lit and populated, and I've always felt completely safe coming home.
