Hi My I?m Aya I?ve been living this apartment about 10 years. I?m seeking a long term female roommate in 4bedrooms apartment on 116th St. in East Harlem.

It?s already available you can move in any date in this month or Nov 1st.

Perfect location.
Only few min away from 6train station on 116th St.

Easy to access to crosstown. Bus stop is across the street.

The room comes with single bed
This room is pretty tiny. About 78.5 sqft.

No closet but there is wall organizer you can hang your clothes and you can get a storage in hallway by your room.

There is one window in this room.

Bathroom living room and kitchen are sharing with other roommates.

The other roommates are very friendly.
We respect each other?s space but having chat and dinner together once a while.

Laundry mat is located across the street and 24 hours grocery store too.

Utilities and WiFi are not included. We split end of the month.

Security deposit $750is required when you move in.

I wouldn?t take a check payment unless we meet face to face( I?m avoiding scams from Craigslist)
