This room for rent is arguably the best room in the apartment. It is the master bedroom of the apartment and has its own private bathroom, two huge closets and two huge windows. You would be living with two women in their early 30s who live well together. The unit has a washer and dryer and extra paid laundry in the basement. Room can come furnished with some things, or empty. The last three photos are of the building's outdoor terrace, lounge room, and gym!
Must sign for 1 year lease. First months rent & security deposit are required to move-in. We can show the room any weekday between 6pm and 9pm, available more flexibly on weekends, and just need 3 hours notice beforehand to show!
