Large 2BR Apartment to share with single female (and 2 cat) within brownstone in East Harlem. The building only has 3 residences. My ideal is to find someone who will be here at least 3 months, but am willing for less/more.

My current roommate relocated back to NJ after living here 2.5 years and I am looking to share very spacious two bedroom nonsmoking apartment that is the entire second floor of 3-resident brownstone with myself (and 2 cat). The roommate would have full rights to the apartment and occupy 160 square foot unfurnished/furnished bedroom with three windows and large closet.

Additional Details: The owner is one of the other residents and attends promptly to any issues tenants may have. The apartment is the second floor with a spacious living room and spacious kitchen plus full sized bathroom to share. There is a supply closet in the hall and a second general storage closet in the hall in addition to the large closet in each bedroom.

Neighborhood Details: The apartment is 1-block from Target/Costco Mall, 1/2 block from M15, M15-SBS, M116 buses, and 10 minute walk from 6line.? There is a great 24-hour laundromat 1 block away and Thomas Jefferson Park is?2-blocks away with great swimming pool and park with footbridge access to East River Walk uptown/downtown/Randall's Island.? There is also AMAZING food within walking distance.

Cost: $1100/month will include internet, Netflix, Amazon Prime, Disney+, and every other week cleaning service

Does NOT include: 1) utilities-will split monthly the electric and gas bill 2) Sharing of consumables like hand soap and toilet paper
