I'm looking for a professional female roommate to sign up for a long-term sublet. I am a professional female in my mid-30s.

The available bedroom is a large carpeted room overlooking a pleasant tree-filled yard (no access) that can comfortably fit a queen-sized bed and includes its own closet.
The apartment is spacious with a separate living room, kitchen, dining space, extra closets, and a bathroom. It is situated on a quiet and pretty, tree-lined block on 119th Street off 2nd Avenue. There are restaurants nearby and easy access to grocery stores, Laundromats, several buses and the #6 train on 116th St & Lexington Ave. There is also a mall including Target and Costco within walking distance on 117th St & Pleasant Ave.

I'm looking for someone who is considerate, friendly, and enjoys keeping a tidy and clean environment. Rent is $1,050/month, which includes all amenities except electricity and internet, which combined typically come out to an additional ~$60 per person.

A security deposit of $1050 is also required so the total amount needed starting on March 1st is $2100. I am ideally looking for someone to sublet the apartment for at least 12 months.

About Me:
I travel occasionally for work and pleasure and I am usually busy 3-4 nights a week. I occasionally have friends over for dinner to take advantage of the spacious apartment. I was born and raised in Brooklyn for most of my childhood but moved back to NYC after college and have been a New Yorker for most of my life.
