Our current roomate is unexpectedly moving out March 1st and we are looking to fill the room ASAP.
The apartment is a 3 BR / 1 bathroom on the 2nd floor, located on East 103rd Street between Lexington and Park Ave, and is an extremely convenient 30 second walk from the 103rd subway stop on the 6 train (it takes about 15 minutes to get to Midtown East door-to-door). It's a little over a 5 minute walk to Central Park. The room available is $900/month, and is the smallest of the three. The apartment was newly renovated right before we moved in last year, with a brand new bathroom, kitchen appliances, a microwave, and a washer/dryer unit in the kitchen. We only pay for internet and gas as utilities.
Move-in for the available room is available immediately, but the lease officially begins February 1st. It's the first picture you see attached. The pictures are from when we first moved in a year ago.
