The Lexington House is a new addition to the Outpost family in Manhattan. It features a single floor of private bedrooms and is conveniently located within walking distance of the subway and plenty of dining and entertainment options. It is a short walk from Central Park and a host of museums and other cultural offerings.

THE BEDROOMS

Your room will be move-in ready, just like the rest of the house; there?s no need to even bring a pillow. There are three spacious private bedrooms in the Lexington House.

Amenities: memory-foam, full-size mattresses, memory-foam pillows, extension cords to your bedside, shelving, hooks, bed linens, towels and closets/organizational tools.
Services: Bed linens will be available for you when you arrive.

THE BATHROOMS

There is one full bathroom in the Lexington House shared between three private bedrooms. Toilet paper and small garbage bags are included, as well as a hair dryer and towels.

LOCATION
This coliving space is located in East Harlem, a few blocks uptown from the Upper East Side.

The Lexington House is a 2-minute walk from the 103 St. stop on the 4 and 6 trains, a 10-minute walk to the 96 St. stop on the Q train and a 20-minute walk from the 110th St-Central Park North stop on the 2 and 3 trains. It?s only a half-hour commute to the Financial District or a 10-minute commute to Midtown on the 4 and 6 trains.

The central location is surrounded by restaurants, bars, coffee shops and more, and is a short walk from New York offerings like Central Park, the Museum of the City of New York and El Museo del Barrio.

THE SPACE
The Lexington House is a cozy home to three people, with exposed brick walls and hardwood floors. The space is located on the third floor of a walk-up in historic East Harlem.
