Large Bright Private Room in East Harlem

Hello!

Private room available in a two bedroom apartment on Lexington Ave and 110th Street. We are looking for one professional working person to take the larger bedroom (sorry, no couples / no pets).

It is $1,100 / utilities included / Plus one month's deposit (1,100)

It faces West so it gets a lot of beautiful sunshine in the afternoon.
There is one full bathroom and kitchen with dining table that we will share.
There is a curtain that gives us as well as our roommate additional privacy.
The 6 train is literally 20 seconds from our house and Central Park is 5 minutes away.
There are a lot of shops around and grocery stores and the post office is behind us. There are many laundromats as well.
We are new to the area but love it already. It has all the culture and hustle and bustle of what you expect from the city.

We are a Korean/American couple with a Japanese Spitz dog. Sorry...our landlord is only allowing our dog and no other pets.

The apartment is non-smoking and prefer someone who isn't a big drinker. We just mean please don't bring the party home!

When it comes to cleanliness. We are not neat freaks but we wish to have a clean house and just live with someone who can pick up after themselves and do their own dishes.
