- The room also has an A/C unit. The apartment has a spacious living room, nice bathroom, and a nice sized kitchen with A/C in the hallway near the bathroom.
-Utilities are not included.
-Close to a lot of cute restaurants, cafe?s, bars, shops, delis and laundromats. Theres 5 grocery stores around the area. There?s even a Target on E 117th and a small cute shopping area.
-Nearest trains are the 6 train on either E96th/ Lexington or on E103/Lexington or the Q train on 96th and 2nd Ave. Bus stops near by on 3rd ave & Lexington.
- No pets are allowed
- In order to move in First/security and proof of income.
