Large Bright Room W/ Private Full Bath & Queen Bed

Private room furnished with queen bed and shelving with semi-private bath in split-layout two bed two bath apartment with high ceilings, in-unit washer/dryer, dishwasher, large (80-inch) flatscreen TV and small balcony with 180-degree open south-facing city views. Rooms and baths are on opposite sides of the apartment and I generally won’t use the guest bath but occasionally guests will use it so it’s not completely “private”. Room is drenched in sun with nice view, very quiet high floor unit, no noise from neighbors or street when windows closed. 5 minute walk to 116th Street 6 line, 20 minute walk to Central Park, 20 minutes on subway to Grand Central and midtown. $100 utilities fee includes everything (heat/air/electric, gas stove, wifi, tv, in-unit laundry, monthly cleaning service that will clean bathrooms and common areas). I’m a gay lawyer and work from home occasionally (my home office is in my room). I like theater travel gym, the usual, I’m a night owl and clean.
