Two large windows, high ceilings, hardwood floors, spacious wardrobe with built in drawers, Full size bed with additional storage underneath, large desk with ergonomic office chair (great back support for long hours on the computer) mirror, book shelf, lamp, fan, AC, etc.

Room includes personal microwave, mini fridge, coffee maker, etc. You can still use kitchen but I added a separate personal food storage option to allow social distancing as a safety precaution. It?s also a nice additional convenience.

Enjoy pleasant view with lots of light, open skies and trees outside. Wake up to birds singing! Blackout curtains block out light completely if you prefer.

TRANSPORTATION

Easy access to public transportation. 2nd Avenue bus line stops downstairs.

The 6 train 110th street subway stop is 3 blocks away.

Just 10 min walk from the 2nd Ave Subway 96th st. station in the upper east side.

15 minute walk from Apt. to WEST side EXPRESS 2/3 trains at the Central park North - 110th st. stop. Times Sq. is just a 10 minute ride away!

Citi-bike rental on our street with 2nd Ave bike lane right downstairs.

Diverse neighborhood has a variety of international restaurants, from Mexican, Indian, Pakistani, Italian, Japanese Sushi, Chinese, Thai, Parisian Patisserie, Steakhouse, late night pizza and much more

Several grocery stores nearby. Fresh produce, bakeries, cafes, juice bars, sandwich shops, etc and a 24 hour deli on same block in case you really need ice cream at 3AM.

ROOMMATES

I am a full time professional & sometimes travel for work. I will have one other roommate. This is a 3 bedroom. No shared living room but we live in our rooms. Works out great for social distancing.

Ideal situation for someone who is independent, values privacy & solitude in a relaxing environment with friendly but unobtrusive roommates.

There?s one bathroom but there?s never a problem as our schedules do not conflict.

RENT

Rent is $950. per month. INCLUDES ALL Utilities & WIFI & house cleaning.

Security Deposit of $950 is required. Will be refunded when you move out.

YOU

Have a FULL TIME WEEKDAY Schedule. Remote working OK.

No lease to sign but prefer 4-6 month commitment.

Please be sanitary & hygienic. Especially because of pandemic.

Future roommate will also be professional, respectful & autonomous.

Must be reliable with rent - Due by the 1st of each month.

No couples, pets, tobacco smoking, frequent guests, loud music. (We keep the party outside). Occasional guest OK in your room only.
