3 bedroom apartment with open concept living room and kitchen. This room is separated from the other two hence making it more private.

This apartment is located in between Upper East Side and Spanish Harlem. Meaning you have the best of both worlds, you can easily walk to many bars and restaurants and are just couple minutes away from Randall's Island and Central Park. You have accessibility to both the 6 train and the Q, making the city West and East side accessible and easy on your command.

The common areas are furnished but you'll be able to contribute whatever you'd like (as we're open to changes) and you'll need to furnish your private room. Full-sized memory foam bed available for purchase, if interested.

We are looking for a young woman who is social but can also understand when space is needed. Will share cleaning responsibility of the common areas. We do not mind having people over however we do notify each other ahead of time if that occurs (just in case). We both work our standard 9-5 M-F and would like someone who is mindful of that when having gatherings.
