Looking for someone to fill the second room in my apartment, available at the end of December. The apartment was recently renovated and has laundry in-unit, as well as an updated kitchen with a dishwasher. There are two bathrooms (so one would be exclusively yours) and a large shared living room.
The apartment is four blocks to the new Q train at 96th, and there is an elevator in the building. I've lived in the neighborhood for a few years and love the access to the UES and the rest of the city, while getting more value for the money right past 96th St.
You would be living with me (Joe) a full-time professional. My schedule keeps me out of the apt quite a bit during the week, so it would be a pretty quiet place to live. I also have a 4 year old Mini Aussie.
I am pretty easy going, and like to have a few friends over every now and then, but am not one for throwing parties. I keep a clean apartment and am into fitness and hanging in the park with my dog.
If you already have a dog, I would be willing to consider a second one in the apartment - I know how hard it can be to find dog-friendly rooms in this city.
