Roommate needed for huge 2bd/2ba Apt, W/D in unit!

How the bedroom is currently set up/painted

My wonderful roommate is moving out and her room/ huge bathroom are available for a February 1st move in. You would be taking over her part of the lease until April 1st. Potential to stay longer/renew the lease after that :)

The Room/Bathroom Available:
-Huge closet, exposed brick, high Ceilings, two huge windows, fits double bed, dresser, book shelf, side table, etc, bright, beautiful bathroom, all new appliances, tiled
-Rent is $1,400/month, avg $75-$100 in utilities per month
-Security deposit of $1,250

The Apartment:
-Washer/Dryer in Unit, private large balcony off of the back bedroom, exposed brick throughout, dishwasher, 3 huge closets throughout the apartment (one of the closets fits 2 bikes, a ladder, suitcases, etc), central A/C, large open kitchen, granite, new appliances, first floor (easy move in!)

The Neighborhood:
-Safe, friendly. I've lived here for 5 years and absolutely love it!
-2 minute walk to 6 train, 12 minute walk to 2/3 train at 110/Central Park North, 15 minute walk to Q train at 96th
-A few blocks away from central park
-Close by: Restaurants, Duane Reade, 24/7 grocery store, bars, rock climbing studio, gyms, salons, amazing coffee shops, etc all within a few minutes walk.

Looking for someone who wants to live here for more than 3 months, likes to keep common spaces clean, doesn't work from home, is considerate, funny, and easy going, preferably a female in their mid to late twenties/thirties. I am very busy during the week and when I come home I like to unwind in my room and recharge. I am a high school special education teacher (for students with Autism), am an avid reader, thrifter, and overall normal, easy to be around human being.

The apartment is stunning (better than the pictures!). To have your own bathroom plus a washer/dryer, central A/C, and TONS of closet space is pretty rare in Manhattan. Pictures are of the available bedroom decorated/set up two different ways. The bedroom is currently painted white.
