I am clean and quiet. Welcome company as long as they are respectful of space. Spend downtime in the apartment, but also enjoy going out on weekends and such.
There is one DOG in the apartment who is sweet as pie, but unfortunately doesn't get along with other animals.
The bedroom can fit a queen size bed, 5x7 rug and a tall dresser. There is a closet and overhead storage. It will be empty though upon move in.
Rest of the apartment is fully furnished. Living room has large comfy couch, dining table, coffee table. Kitchen has microwave and dishwasher. Laundry on first floor of building.
The apartment is located around the corner from East River Plaza (Costco's, Target, Marshalls, Planet Fitness, Aldi, and more). Less than 10min walk from 6 train. One block away from crosstown bus (M116) and one block from M15 express bus.
