One Roommate Needed for Awesome East Harlem Apt!

I'm looking for one more person who is interested in signing onto a lease in a newly renovated three-bedroom apartment in East Harlem!

The apartment is located at the busy intersection of Lexington and 116th Streets and there are plenty of great bars and restaurants nearby. It's literally steps from the 6 Train at the 116th Street stop and is a 3rd story walk-up.

The available room is approximately 9x10ft and has a spacious closet. The room also faces the street and has two large windows that get plenty of natural light. One of the bedrooms in the apartment has a private bathroom, so you'd only be sharing the bathroom with one other person. The monthly rent is $850 with heat and water included. Gas electricity, and internet costs would be split amongst the three of us.

About me: I'm a 25-year-old female originally from North Carolina currently working a 9:00-6:00pm legal job in downtown Manhattan. I'm very easy-going, sociable and - maybe most importantly - clean! My interests include cooking, baking, Netflix binging (usually Parks and Rec or The Office reruns), and exploring the city.

I also have two cats that will be moving with me. They're very sweet but also very shy, so you may not see them around that much at first.
