Hello! My roommate has relocated and am looking for a fantastic new person to take over his room beginning August 1st, but am flexible with an August 15th move-in.

About the apartment: It?s a great 2BR/2BA that was newly remodeled before I moved in three-years ago, has hardwood floors, new appliances - dishwasher, laundry in the unit, and access to the roof which has a gorgeous view of the city! The available large room with closet and large, sunny windows, private entrance and bathroom. Located in East Harlem, the apartment is a few blocks from the East River Mall (Costco, Aldi, Target and other shopping), as well as restaurants, and bars. Walkable transportation nearby: m116 and m15 bus, 4/5/6 and Q trains.

About me: Late-20?s young professional woman. I have a pretty typical Mon?Fri schedule 7am-8pm. When not at work, I tend to be at dance class. I've lived in the place for almost three years and love the neighborhood.

About you: I am looking for a mid-20?s?mid-30?s roommate who is clean, respectful of common areas, and easy-going.
