Hello everybody. I currently live in a two bedroom apartment and I'm looking for somebody to take over the second room.
I've been living in this fantastic place since October 2016 and the apartment is a great size! It's a two bedroom apartment with a bath and 1/2. A washer/dryer in the unit and a dishwasher. There's also a fireplace if you're interested. The location is very convenient as well since it's one block away from the 4, 5 and 6 train and two blocks from the MTA station. It's located on the corner of E 124th St and 3rd Ave.
Rent is $1200 a month + first month and a $250 security deposit. Internet is 29.39 a month and the electricity bill is usually $30. Heat and water is included.
