SHARED SPACE-ROOM 2 is in a private area in partition part of a large living room with Sofa Bed AND OTHER FURNISHINGS. BOTH Rooms are lovely with lots of light--It is very safe.

Front Bedroom- room-1 is a private room that has two windows which overlook a tree-lined back yard. The Front Bedroom can comfortably fit two. Extra charge for second person. What makes this a unique listing is that we are located 3 blocks from Central Park and one block away from the 6 subway train. There are also a lot of buses half a block away. It takes 15 minutes to get to Grand Central Station from the apartment.

FURNISHINGS IN FRONT BEDROOM Room-1
The large Room is lovely with lots of light--two windows which overlook a tree-lined back yard area. There is a Queen Sized Bed,(with sheets and covers), towels, dresser with small lamp, night stand with small lamp and clock desk with chair, book shelf, wall shelf, and nice sized closet with storage shelves. TV in large room. They are given sets of towels, bed sheets and covers.
The bedroom comfortably fits two. (There is extra charge for second person)

Shared space room-2 THE OPEN LIVING ROOM SPACE is lovely with lots of light--two windows. There is a Sofa Bed,(with sheets and covers), towels, storage area, with small lamp, with chair, book shelf, table, TV, and internet. This area comfortably fits one person, a second person can be added. (There is extra charge for second person). It is very safe. This is space is cheaper than the bedroom.

Guest are expected to clean their room or living space. And keep common areas you use, clean. Otherwise, they will be charged a weekly cleaning fee of $50.
Guest must book minimum stay of five (5) month.

Guest will have access to High Speed Internet

The building is a 4 story walk-up and is safe and secure. The area has lots of grocery stores, supermarkets, 24 hour bodegas, Deli and Seven Eleven, restaurants, take-out/delivery, Chase Bank and Duane Reade nearby, GYM, Mall, library, post office, movie theatres, hospitals, museums, and CENTRAL PARK 3 BLOCKS AWAY.

professionals, college students, interns, single persons, couples, medical students, professionals, artist, and tourist are all welcome.

*There is first month rent $1500 for room 1 and $2000 security deposit required of all renters. at the time they move in for room-1
There is a first month rent $1000 for room-space 2 and $1500 security deposit.

Extra Person in the room - add an additional $200 per month in the room..

*Students must pay everything up front for the semester.
*Tourist must pay everything up front for the length of their stay.
