The master bedroom is 17' x 14', with an additional walk-in closet that is 7' x 6'. It has its own dedicated AC unit, 3 massive windows, and enough space for a king bed, a couch, a WFH desk setup, a dresser, and any other furniture you might conceive of.

THE APARTMENT:
1500 sq ft duplex with 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, and an in-unit washer/dryer. The apartment features luxurious condo finishings and recessed lighting throughout. There is AC in all areas and central heat. The downstairs has one of the bedrooms, plus a chef's kitchen overlooking massive dining and living areas, and several large windows looking out to the Beekman Luxury Hotel and Residences across the street. The upstairs has 2 more bedrooms, one of which is the master. Virtual tours available.

THE LOCATION:
The apartment is located in the Fulton/Seaport neighborhood on the border between TriBeCa and the Financial District. The area is peaceful and quiet at night which is great for NYC. It's a super convenient location, just a block away from Fulton Center which has the A, C, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, J, Z trains, and is a 5 minute walk to the WTC PATH trains going into NJ. We're a 5 minute walk to the Oculus hub, Brookfield Place, Seaport District, and Brooklyn Bridge and a 15 minute walk to Soho and Chinatown. Tons of good food and bars nearby, including Joe's Pizza, Shake Shack, Dead Rabbit, and many sit-down restaurants. A 24-hour CVS is down the block and there are several grocery stores including a Whole Foods within walking distance. There's a Blink Gym right across the street, and Crunch and Equinox are a few blocks away.

YOUR ROOMMATES:
Two females in their mid-20s. We work in tech/e-commerce and have fairly regular but different schedules that don't overlap too much. We are friendly, respectful, and low-key, and like to keep the apartment quiet and clean. We generally keep to ourselves but are known to host the occasional Bachelor Monday watch party.

YOU:
Female working professional preferred, although this can be flexible. Must be clean and relatively quiet, and be able to pay the rent on time each month. You are welcome to invite guests over, but please be respectful of roommates during the evening. We would love to meet someone friendly, and will respect your privacy if you like to keep to yourself.
