The $1885 per month rent includes gas, AC and electricity only. This is an elevator building that has a laundry facility, gym. Parking is also available for additional cost.

The location is fantastic as it sits literally next to the East River Park Field, where you can walk/jog right beside the river with an amazing view of the Brooklyn skyline, play soccer, basketball, etc. Having the FDR highway right there is amazing if you need to quickly go to the financial district or uptown versus if you were inland. Other transport options are Citibike which is literally in front of the building, and it?s a 10 mins walk to the L train where it's one stop away from Williamsburg and also takes you across to the meatpacking district. Or you can stroll through the charming Gramercy park to Union Square with access to most of the subway lines. And of course there are also near by food shops for convenience. You get the best of both worlds by having the quiet, calm residential feel at night, meanwhile you have the convenience of being in Manhattan.

So a little about me, I am pretty chill French 30 year old w/ irregular hours working in the hospitality industry. Occasionally I?ll have a friend or two over, but I?m not about bringing the party home.
