Financial District / TriBeCa Room for Rent

Hi, I am renting 1 furnished bedroom available starting June 1st with excellent natural lighting located in a luxury building in Financial District/TriBeCa. Required to move-in are the first month's rent $1,800 and a security deposit in the same amount.

The building is a classic Beaux Arts landmarked high rise, with concierge/doorman, elevator, fitness center, laundry with dry-cleaning service, great views from inside the apartment (and from your room!), wood floors, with dishwasher and granite countertops in the kitchen, the apartment is spacious with excellent natural lighting.

The apartment is in an excellent location!! Both the World Trade Terminal Station and the Fulton Station are within a block away, Whole Foods, Eataly, Target, Key Food Supermarket, Amish Market, CVS, Duane Reade, City Hall Park, South Street Seaport, Brooklyn Bridge, coffee shops, restaurants/bars, banks, shopping, are all within less than a 5-minute walk, get anywhere in the city FAST with all trains (buses too) just down the street from this great apartment.

What I am looking for: males/females, CLEAN, employed, responsible, respectful, busy, non-smoker, no drugs, someone who doesn't bring the party home and pays bills on time, keeps all noises to themselves, someone who is chill and keeps the apartment picked up, I like to keep the apartment clean all the time, especially the common areas, but you can do whatever you want with your room. Pretty much I would like someone who is easy to live with and believes that communication is key to a happy household.

About the current roommates: Two females 29yrs and 26yrs old, both professional, busy, CLEAN, respectful, sociable and friendly. If you have more questions just ask :)
