I am looking for someone to sublet my wonderful room in a great 2 bedroom apartment in Stuytown. The apartment is located a minutes walk to the L train. The bedroom is quite large, with great light and a massive walk in closest. It comes fully furnished and has heating/AC, with a full kitchen (including a large stove-top, dishwasher and microwave) and good common room area (with a couch and TV). You would be sharing the apartment with my wonderful flatmate who lives in the other room, a recently graduated design student who is clean, quiet, respectful and an awesome person to live with.
I am looking for someone who is easygoing, relatively clean, and reliable. Stuytown is not only well located, but it is also a great place to live with tons of amenities (gym access, laundry, security etc.). The total rent is $1,950 per month including utilities. The lease ends September 1st, 2017, so I am looking for someone to move in around the end of May or June 1st and stay until the end of the lease. Please email or call if you have any questions you may have and I will get back to you ASAP.
