I am an opera singer and college professor and ideally I am seeking a roommate that works 9-5 outside of the home, as I am a voice teacher and teach voice lessons during the daytimes Monday-Friday. I tend to be out in the evenings and weekends and I am quite active and not home much outside of work hours. I am 40, very respectful Canadian gay male, clean and hoping to find someone respectful and fun for this charming room. I do not smoke cigarettes but I am friendly.

The room fits a queen bed, small desk, dresser and shelf. The room will be partially furnished if you want to provide your own bed. The closet is double height and the bedroom gets wonderful light. The large window looks out onto the private garden and affords much privacy. It is also surprisingly quiet considering the Midtown Manhattan location. The apartment is completely furnished and if you appreciate vintage esthetics and antiques and you like to sing, then this is the apartment for you! Just kidding, the singing isn’t required :-)
