Looking for someone to move into a large flex bedroom in a 3 bedroom/1 bathroom apartment September 1st. Great location in a doorman building at 51st and 10th. Rent is $1565 /month (security is taken care of) with most utilities included (internet is separate ~45 dollars). Furniture in the room is available and prices can be negotiated. Located right in the heart of Hell's Kitchen with easy access to bus and subways on 50th street. The apartment is fully modern, with a huge kitchen (including a dishwasher!), and good storage space. Building amenities include a 24hr doorman, gym, and laundry on site. This is the flex room of a large 2 bedroom apartment that has AC and access to a walk in closet (Currently set up as an office if that appeals to you!) There is a shared bathroom and one of the roommates is not living in the apartment so there's more space.

About us: 2 females in their early 30's. One roommate is currently living in the apartment and works doing research for a hospital so is currently working from home. One roommate living away because of Covid with plans to be back by January and normally works nights.
